3sHealth wins 2019 top employer award

For the third year in a row, 3sHealth has been recognized as one of Saskatchewan’s Top Employers.

A highly engaged workforce
3sHealth holds annual employee engagement surveys. The results drive decision-making and continuous improvement work throughout the organization.
In 3sHealth’s most recent survey, 86 per cent of staff said they feel engaged at work. This number is up 11 points from the previous year. Results are consistently above industry benchmarks.
- Supports new moms with maternity leave top-up payments to 90 per cent of salary for up to 16 weeks of their leave
- Supports ongoing employee development with tuition subsidies for courses related to their current position, as well as formal mentoring and in-house training programs
- Offers new employees four weeks of starting vacation (and considers previous work experience when setting individual vacation entitlements), and provides employees with five paid personal days to schedule as needed
About the award
Now in its 14th year, Saskatchewan’s Top Employers is a special designation that recognizes Saskatchewan employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. An evaluation committee ranks employers in a range of categories including physical workplace; work atmosphere; health, financial, and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
