Because there are different versions of Gateway Online, most Saskatchewan Health Authority employees can access Knowledge Document KB0011541 on MyConnection to review the steps of how to access a T4; former Regina Qu’appelle Health Region employees should access Knowledge Document KB0011350 for guidance. 

You will find your T4 in the “My Self-Serve” area of your Gateway account. You can access the T4 by clicking on either the “My Self-Serve” link directly beneath the Gateway Online logo or the “My Pay” link in the Quick Launch menu on the right-hand side of the page.

Your T4 can be found in the T4 section of the myPAY area of the subsequent page (see image at right).

Once accessed in Gateway Online, paper copies of your T4 can be printed through your browser. The PDF copy can be downloaded for your records, or for use when filing taxes electronically.

Additionally, any health system employees who require a T4 can receive one in the mail upon request. SHA employees should complete the form referenced in knowledge document KB0011541 and submit a payroll inquiry via MyConnection with the form attached.
