T4s available soon via MyConnection

With the move to the Administrative Information Management System, Saskatchewan’s health-system employees will be receiving their 2024 T4 tax forms through MyConnection.

Health-sector workers will find their T4 by first clicking on the MyWork drop-down menu in the upper-right hand corner of the site, then selecting MyWork. Click on the “Pay” tile from the Apps section, then the “Year-End Documents” tile. Guidance is also provided in Knowledge Document KB0014463, available through MyConnection.

Year-end data is currently being confirmed, and the forms will be posted in MyConnection on February 28.

T4s can also be accessed independently by logging in to “My Account” on the CRA website once they are completed.

Former employees of health-system partner organizations will receive their T4 from their employer by mail. They can also access T4s through CRA.

If you notice any issues with your T4, please contact MyConnection.

T4As for benefit plan members with 2024 disability income earnings

Benefit plan members who require a T4A, the form that summarizes a member’s short-term and/or long-term disability income, will receive those documents in the mail. They will be sent out by the end of February. Those looking for access sooner can also find their T4A in their CRA account as soon as the agency uploads them.

Inquiries and questions related to T4A forms should be directed to the 3sHealth Employee Benefits Plan team by calling 1.866.278.2301 or emailing ebp@3sHealth.ca for service. If you have moved recently, please make sure to update your contact information to ensure you get these important materials in a timely manner.
