In collaboration with our health system partners, 3sHealth works to find innovative solutions to complex problems in order to ensure health care in Saskatchewan will be sustainable for future generations. That work is guided by carefully considered strategic plans, developed each year with input from 3sHealth’s Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, other team leaders, and patient and family partners. The targets laid out in each year’s plan align with the direction and goals set by the Ministry of Health and 3sHealth’s corporate values: bold and courageous leadership, respect, innovation, transparency, and collaboration.

This annual report focuses mainly on the strategic targets set out in those plans, providing details of work done to achieve those goals and their outcomes. It also includes additional highlights, such as information about initiatives that have created a measurable improvement for patients, clients, and care providers, and other noteworthy accomplishments achieved by individual service lines.
