Each year, the organization produces a comprehensive publication that collects the accomplishments of 3sHealth in the last year. The Annual Report outlines the achievements of each service line, presents the detailed financial statements for the fiscal year, and lays out a “balanced scorecard” that shows how staff delivered on the organization's priorities and corporate targets. 

The report also shares details of projects that deliver on 3sHealth’s commitment to utilizing strong partnership with other health-care organizations to solve complex problems and improve health care in Saskatchewan. This includes contributing to the health system’s virtual triage 811 project, the introduction of a new long-term care bath towel to facilities across Saskatchewan, and the implementation of a reduction in Basic Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment rates for benefit plan members. 

Some significant organizational accomplishments are also marked in the 2022-23 report. 3sHealth celebrated the achievement of one major milestone ahead of schedule: positively impacting more than 1.2 million lives by the year 2025. Another noteworthy achievement this year included the implementation of 30,000 employee-generated improvement ideas in the last eight years.
