The deadline to submit 2025 health and dental claims to Canada Life is April 30, 2026. Don’t miss out on submitting your outstanding 2025 claims. 

To be considered for reimbursement, health and/or dental expenses incurred from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, must be received by Canada Life or post-marked on or before April 30, 2026.

Claims for expenses incurred in 2025 that Canada Life receives after April 30, 2026, will not be considered for reimbursement.  

We encourage you to use My Canada Life at WorkMy Canada Life at Work as a quick and efficient way to submit claims. Electronic submission ensures that claims arrive on time and are not lost in the mail.
