Assessments, tools, and workshops

Did you know Workplace Strategies for Mental Health provides materials anyone can use to run workshops?  You can use these resources to help make your team part of the conversation and initiatives to improve psychological safety at work. 

The “Assessments, tools, and workshops” section contains free materials, tools, and resources on a range of topics such as return to work and accommodation, team development, and workload management. 

Let’s explore the resources available for the “Engagement and culture” topic. If you’re looking to find out what engages your team at work, these resources will help cultivate a psychologically healthy and safe workplace. 

Facilitate high engagement with facilitator guides, participant handouts, and presentations for the following workshops: 

  • Putting engagement on the agenda;
  • Putting growth and development on the agenda; 
  • Putting involvement and influence on the agenda;
  • Putting organizational culture on the agenda; and
